Does Physical Therapy hurt?
In almost every case “No Pain-No Gain” in not true.  In actuality, you should feel better
with every treatment.  Our goal is immediate and lasting relief of your symptoms.  

How long is a course of therapy?  
It depends upon the severity of the injury, your goals for therapy, and your compliance
to the home exercise program.  Our goal is to get rid of your pain and help you return to
your occupational and recreational activities.

How do I know if I am getting better?
You should notice the activities that caused the most pain or symptoms are now being
done with greater ease and less symptoms.

Are the Physical Therapists  licensed in the state of Ohio?  
Yes, all Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants have to be licensed in the
state of Ohio. The licenses must be displayed at the clinic.

How is Advanced Physical Therapy Centers different from other therapy
clinics?
We do a thorough and complete evaluation, looking at the whole body when determining
your treatment. In other words, we don’t just chase symptoms, but look for the root cause
of why you are having the pain/symptoms that you are experiencing.

What can I expect when I arrive for my appointment?
Our staff ifs friendly and competent-from the receptionist that will greet you to your
individual therapist.  We will be respectful of your time and appreciative of your
business.  We schedule one client every hour so you will have our undivided attention
and will not have to wait to start your therapy session or see the therapist go from
patient to patient.  That is another factor that distinguishes our clinic from others who
schedule two or three different clients every hour.   

What is the co-pay for Physical Therapy?
Co-pays and deductibles are dependent upon your individual insurance policy.  

Will you bill my insurance?
Yes, we can bill most insurance companies for you.

What do I need to wear for my appointment to therapy?
We prefer you bring shorts and a T-shirt t to better assist us when doing the posture
analysis, but we will always work around what you are most comfortable wearing.
